What is Pil Sung Do Pil Sung Do, meaning "The Art of Certain Victory" is a unique martial art based on modern scientific  principles from human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, neurophysiology and biomechanics.   Pil Sung Do's system is founded on the principles that its self defence techniques should generate  maximum force, be practical and easy to learn, enhance the students health as they practice, as well  as develop mental and physical conditioning.   Pil Sung Do's natural easy to learn, sequential movements maximise your body's capabilities, but more  importantly, they increase opportunities to enhance your health.   Training for Health  Pil Sung Do is a holistic health system, which every student is focused on living a more  productive, healthier and longer life.
